    CoD Cold War is broken please help


    So what happend was yesterday the game would not load and send me to the home menu and at around 8pm EST i was able to get it to load pas the Cold War screen when i tried to go online however it told me to buy the game again even though i already own it help is much appreciated

    Hi there,

    Have you updated your game? They recently did an update a couple days ago, read more here. If you have, try clearing your cache, router, resetting xbox to factory settings and reinstall the game. Sometimes a cache issue can cause issues or either a game hasn’t been updated can.

    I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:

    I uninstalled modern warfare.

    ,launch cold war, went to warzone and it still took me to the modern warfare warzone,..
