Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on troubleshooting this game. I can totally relate to how eager one would be to boot it up and start playing. You state that you had reset your console, do you mean that you factory reset it? You should totally
try that if you haven't yet.

Another thing I recommend as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting, is going to
Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart.

When you get the chance, give those things a shot and let us know if that helped.
