    Black Ops 1 promotional code

    I recently ran into a problem. I was under the impression that if you bought the pre order version of Black Ops 3 you got a code for a Black Ops 1 download. The problem I am running into is that I have no Black Ops 1 code and upon contacting Microsoft support
    there is no code on my profile but the purchase of the pre order edition of Black Ops 3 is. How do I go about getting that code since it was supposed to be part of my bundle. I have many friends who bought this same version and got the code but I didn't.

    Black ops 3 bundle......

    I have to say I am very surprised to find out there is not Black Ops 3 Xbox One system bundle. I own the Halo 3, Halo 4, Halo Reach, GOW 3, Modern Warfare 2, Modern Warfare 3 and Advanced Warfare limited edition system bundles.

    I own several PS limited bundles as well.

    I already pre-ordered and paid off my Halo 5 and PS Black Ops 3 system bundles.

    I am puzzled that Xbox does not have a system bundle for BO3? Why? thx.

    Have you tried deleting and re-downloading the game? Hard reset of the Xbox?
