    Cod black ops 2 zombies won't load


    I just recently bought CoD black ops 2 for my Xbox one to play some zombies and when I launch a new zombies game on alcatraz or tranzit it just goes to a black screen with 44.1807.1 in the top right of the screen and freezes, it also does this for multi-player too. How do I fix this problem?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work uninstalling and reinstalling the game will be the next step.

    Spec ops was MW 2 and 3. Zombies was COD W@W, Black ops 1 and 2. Extinction is in COD Ghosts. I think that is all the co-op modes correct me if wrong.

    It would be great if COD introduced zombies on Xbox 1 in Ghosts or Advanced Warfare through DLC or maybe a COD Black Ops 3? I really like playing zombies in COD BO2. Never tried the first COD Black Ops though.
