COD Black Ops 2 not working when I try to launch Campaign or Zombie Mode

I've downloaded COD Black Ops 2 on my PC (I have Windows 11 Pro) but the game does not allow me to choose Campaign and Zombies. Once I click on "Yes" to launch the game, it kicks me out and then the game restarts. I don't have a clue as to why this is happening but it's very frustrating. I bought and paid the game on Microsoft Store. Any help would be appreciated.

Open the Xbox app, navigate to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, click the three dots next to it, select "Manage", then go to the "Files" tab and click "Verify and Repair"

In addition, please use the Microsoft Gaming Repair Tool for Xbox App, this tool detects and automatically repairs error found on your system. Please download and install it using this link then run it as administrator.

How were you surprised or gutted? Treyarch is the only developer that has had zombies in the COD series. Thats why World at War and Black Ops are the only COD games with zombies. IW never had zombies and I remember them saying they would never do
that because its a "gimmick". The irony of that is survival mode is their take on zombies. IW also said they would not do 4 player co-op. So their take on the 4 player co-op was 2 player spec ops. You gotta at least give Treyarch credit for trying
new things. The best game so far of the series was easily WAW. 4 player co-op campaign, 4 player zombie mode, death cards, gore, and so much more. I was really bummed when Treyarch did not have 4 player co-op campaign in Black Ops. Step backward
IMO. Treyarch needs to bring back all their original FUN to the COD series.

Spec ops was MW 2 and 3. Zombies was COD W@W, Black ops 1 and 2. Extinction is in COD Ghosts. I think that is all the co-op modes correct me if wrong.

I don't play online shooters often but had one hell of a time with Black Ops so I'm getting Black Ops 2 regardless of the campaign. The zombies mode was pretty cool though as I'm sure they will be adding it into this new game.

i would have to go with COD personally only because ive never really played battlefield but one time my personal favorite is cod ghost or black ops 1/2 and the zombies mode on wwII is a favorite.
