CoD Black Ops 1 Unable to re-download sorta problem

Yeah title abit weird but yeah erm I downloaded it fine when it was released for BWC then uninstalled and now just says "This product has to be bought on xbox.com or on an Xbox 360.... even though it says I own it, hell i've still got a map pack installed
lol any idea what the problem is want to re-install an play again if possible. Thanks in advance (Hope right section)

Black Ops 1 promotional code

I recently ran into a problem. I was under the impression that if you bought the pre order version of Black Ops 3 you got a code for a Black Ops 1 download. The problem I am running into is that I have no Black Ops 1 code and upon contacting Microsoft support
there is no code on my profile but the purchase of the pre order edition of Black Ops 3 is. How do I go about getting that code since it was supposed to be part of my bundle. I have many friends who bought this same version and got the code but I didn't.

To make sure, does the game show up in your Ready To Install list on your Xbox One? If it isn't showing there, is it possible you originally purchased the game while signed into a different Xbox Live account? To verify your Xbox 360 purchases check out the

Hmm it's vanished from my Download History... i'm 100% positive I bought it on a sale a year or two ago but yeah this must be why I cannot re-download it.

 

Are there nay other accounts that you have previously used by chance? I would recommend checking with those accounts just to make sure.

If it was downloaded with another account, you would be able to sign in with that and set your Xbox One as it's Home console. This would give all users on the Xbox One access to the content. Let us know if you have any other Xbox support questions
