    Hi! I think you should have received your beta key by now if you pre-ordered. Did you check your spam/junk folder?

    Be aware that the Blackout beta is over. On xbox it was on these dates

    start: Sep 14 at 10am pt/5pm gmt
    end: Sep 17 at 10am pt/5pm gmt

    Hi! Are you trying to launch the CoD Black Ops 4 full game (placeholder) or the actual beta? Make sure you have downloaded the beta as these are two separate games on your Xbox.
