    I was playing the last mission and when iron died the sound of the game went off since it happened that I can not hear anything and the game got a lot worse besides not being able to advance in the missions

    Games Freeze, But Not System?

    I am having the same issues with the xbox one cod aw. I freeze at some point in every multi-player match. It is just an in game freeze as it sends me to the console home. This only happens on AW.

    COD AW Zombie issues

    wow where to start since I got this DLC, ok best to make a list.....

    1 game constantly logs out back to main screen and I have to load again

    2 if this works struggling to find matches

    3 lobby keeps closing before matches start

    4 after a match lobby closed and have to find a new match even if my team wants to play again

    5 game freezes

    now I know this might seem a bit picky but I hoped that after paying extra on top of the game this would not happen

    is anyone else getting these problems???

    To start, can you reply back with some further detail to make sure we get you pointed in the right direction?

    1. Are you seeing that with an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console?

    2. Are you using any sort of headset while playing, or just the TV speakers?

    3. Is there any sort of A/V Receiver or other home audio equipment in your setup?

    4. Do you still get sound in other games, when you play, or when navigating the dashboard or menus?

    5. What troubleshooting steps, if any, have you already tried, to resolve this issue?

    COD AW Digital upgrade issues.

    I have the same issue. Asked for a call back from xbox customer service and they said to wait 24 hours, but I wasn't the only one with this issue and they are working on it.

    Not sure if the upgrade is working but I know 2 friends of mine who said today they still had problems installing/updating the game so it's not running smoothly yet so probably best to hold off until others can confirm either way.
