COD AW glitching badly during online play

Ever since the last update to the Xbox about a week ago I've experienced very bad glitching and freezing during team death match and any other game online. I've tried holding in power button for 15 seconds and then unplugging everything including the TV
for 2 minutes. Also, i've tried reinstalling the game itself. No luck so far! Anyone else experience these issues? It's not worth playing online anymore bc of the terrible glitching.

Strict nat ongoing issue XboxOne

Ok so new router tested still same issue no nat problem now though digging further while playing live cod aw found that xbox is testing good for connection i have good ping except during gameplay on xboxlive multiple games all online multiplayer games have
same issue even single player batman normal offline glitched online

I found during game play bandwidth drops from over 3900 down to 200 700 constantly xbox multiplayer test says different at the same time it drops during game play go test online shows my network is excellent

 

COD AW Problems

i recently Updated cod aw and now when I try to play online, it doesn't load any matches. Anyone else experiencing this?

 

Sounds like a connection issue, not a console problem. You can expect connection "tweeks" after each update, CoDs have always done this and when they make the connection better for someone, that means it gets bad for some else. Get the best connection/internet
you can, open NATs and forward ports. BUT, as in my case with FIOS and my fibre optic connection, its still a coin flip as to my connection. When I do get connected good now, it unbelieveable and I easily go 45-10 per se', but when its bad I go like 3-38,
same lobby, same enemies, same gamemode. Dunno, maybe lag comp.

 

Yes! Same issues here...I was just looking to see if anyone else was having problems? Could it be server issues? We have tried everything on our side and nothing helps! So frustrating!!!

 

game is peer to peer so really not a server issue as a "your connection to the peers and theirs to you" AND how lag comp is adjusted.

For me, before the last update, the game was basically unplayable. Since the last update, it's good for me.

There was a video explaining all this on youtube that basically said, for this franchise, they have to do this as if they didn't the sales would drop because new players would be destroyed due to learning curve. it was a pretty good video.

I have upgraded my internet and equipment to the best I can within my budget. And that has helped but the game still is and forever will be a frustrating turd. I have figured that I will probably not buy another non trearch CoD again.

 

^^Next CoD will be epic, hopefully. Its a TA one and hopefully WWII plus zombs!

 

you say that every year uneasy and every year they get worse, there wont be a ww2 theme its not popular with the the kids, get used to it...itll be flying men with gurly lasers, ping ping ping

 

I think there are many factors working in tandem to give you a good/bad game , I doubt it will ever change .

I sometimes wonder why some people stay in a room , when they appear to be playing at 10 frames per second tho ?. I wouldn't .

Maybe raising the minimum limit for broadband might help ?.

 

The game already tries to matchmake via connections/ping/latency/etc, its the stoopid community that drains bandwidth, downloads stuff while playing, gets into parties with people way out of region, etc. Plus there is some lag comp too! The community will
do anything for an advantage, plus they will exploit anything for an advantage too. Welcome to CoD. Been this way for about 9 years now.

Connecting WiFi just adds more lag. Make sure your secure, buy the best interwebs you can afford, forward ports, open NAT, and pray/play, nothing else can be done.

 

Yes I was having this exact problem over the weekend (sat,sun,mon)i do know they recently did another update concerning the Goliath and zombies think it was the 8 th April,yes this game was good until theses recent updates I did the uninstall all the game,dlc,I
thought on sun that the servers was down twice early afternoon & evening UK time,as well as mon afternoon for a short time hoping that this was going to solve theses issues but no,Unplayable ,still,So I will be giving up on this game,sorry to say as I was
playing theses since cod 4, I was crossing fingers/ hoping the lag and so on would cease once I got my new Xbox one but no Xbox support was very helpful which I am grateful for all there help,
