COD Advanced Warfare Freezes at opening screen and every 2 minutes.

I recently bought the new COD title and it will not load without freezing every 2 minutes from the loading screen to gameplay. I took the game back because I thought it was the disc but no luck. I have other games that work perfectly fine so I am hoping
its the game and not my Xbox. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I already tried reinstalling and rebooting my xbox no luck. Thanks for any help.

Screen freezes after update, June 2013, HEEEELP!

Nothing from Screen Freeze tool helped. No error codes, just the opening screen, sometimes 5 seconds, sometimes 1 minute., with or without game inserted.

 

COD Advanced Warfare will not load on XBox Live

Purchased COD Advanced Warfare today. After logging in to XBox Live and accessing Advanced Warfare it says "READING SAVE DEVICE" and freezes. I am not able to play the game on XBox Live......help.

 

If anyone could help that would be great.

 

Yeah still having major problems even after the "patch" Every second multiplayer game it freezes and makes a loud buzzing sound.

This only happens when I split-screen though.

Tried everything! Power cycles, uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting gamertags, clearing catche.

Seems to be a COD problem then an Xbox one.

Also, anyone else notice that everyone is wearing the same outfit online? On my screen they are all wearing the same exo suits, *** and pants. So weird.

 

Have you tried a friends disc on your Xbox? Have you tried a your account on a different console ? Have you tried a factory reset? If yes to all these it's a second or third line issue with MS support.

 

Hi Adam, and Pants. Adam, can you tell me, are you experiencing the freezing issues, etc. while trying online play or just single player. I do know that Activision and CoD have two specific ports which need to be forwarded, OUTSIDE of the normal Xbox One
ports. (These are 3075 and 3076 UDP.) This has fixed issues with "strict NAT" in the past, but I'm not sure if your issue is related to network or not.

 

I am having the same problem as well except mine is a downloadable game. It freezes at the opening title. I cannot play Can anyone help me what's wrong with it?
