COD: Advanced Warfare Atlas Digital Pack Content NOT WORKING!!!

The digital content included with my Atlas Limited Edition is not working. I've checked to make sure everything is installed under My Games and Apps, I've re-installed everything 3 different times, and I've even tried installing everything in different orders.

The Advanced Warfare Digital Pack is supposed to contain the following:

Atlas Gorge Bonus Map

Atlas Calling Card

Atlas Exoskeleton

Atlas Helmet

Bal-27 **** Rifle AE

Atlas 45 Pistol AE

Advanced Arsenal (Golden Gun Skins and Golden Exoskeleton)

5 Supply Drops

Single Player Exoskeleton Upgrade Token

NONE of this digital content (besides the map) is showing up in my game!!! Absolutely none of it! It's been 24+ hours since Day Zero passed and it's still NOT working. The supposed Xbox Live service issues which were "causing" this are over.
Why is my stuff STILL NOT SHOWING?!!!!

Digital Pro Edition In Game Content Not Showing

That code will only give you the advanced arsenal pack...not the atlas digital pack.

 

I had to go here and follow the link to get the Advanced Arsenal items and they showed up after a restart, but none of the Atlas items (less the map) or supply drops/token are showing up for mine either.

Edit: Yes, it says Europe, but I submitted on mine last night from here in the good old US and it showed up.

 

Same here only my atlas gorge map is not available to play

 

The Downloaded version of Advanced Warfare will not play in the campaign off line IF Xbox Live is down because Microsoft has BUILT in the software a ANTI VERIFICATION program. It can’t verify that the game is yours and you bought it like the disk can. So
even though you bought it, you can’t play it. I was told this by the Techs at Microsoft as well at Activision. I’m thinking of filing a complaint with the BBB and with my States AG’s office for this. They owe me something for the Game. No mater what is said,
the inconvenience of having to deal with this as well and having to deal with my handicapped son during this and all. They knew this existed. YOU can’t tell me with all the IQ’s of all those people that they didn’t either. Xbox Live was down the other day
and if it was down when you went to install or use the map OR game, it won't work. Until they address OR fix the problem.
