cochlear implant to Xbox Bluetooth?

Subcutaneous cochlear implant so Kinect can hear us even when we whisper... sign me up!!!

I am full deaf i have a cochlear not sure if that how you spell it i can hear on phone as long i am with somebody

The number of implants you can take is determined by your base Endurance. If your End is 6 then you can take 6 implants. If you boost your End to 7 with the End implant you are still limited to 6 total implants. However, if you take the Intense Training
perk to boost your End to 7 you can now take 7 implants. So if you plan on taking a bunch of implants (limit one per SPECIAL + a couple of non-SPECIAL related ones) then you will need a high Endurance. This means that if you have that End of 6, then putting
Int at 10 to start with means that you can still take all of the other SPECIAL boosting implants.

So here's what I've found out (in case any other new fallout players read this)

Amount of Implants available are directly related to the Endurance attribute.

There are 9 Implants maximum without DLC and only 1 available for each SPECIAL (2 left have to do with health).

So Endurance at 9 is max needed off the bat for no additional Perks.

There is an Endurance Implant, but it does not count towards a bonus Implant.

Intense Training perks in Endurance will get you more Implants though.

There are 10 ranks of Intense Training.

So I suppose if you're patient you could have Endurance at 1 at the beginning, and keep using Intense Training, all the while gaining an additional Implant availability till all 9 Implants are purchased.
