In regards to reversing the payment, you would need to submit a refund request.

Click here to use our
Subscription Refund Webform. If
due to region or language there is issue completing the request, then please
contact our Live Support team.
There is always the method of
canceling the subscription however there is a chance the payment would remain. That is where the refund form comes into play.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on
how to keep track of the status of your request.

If you have questions about the process or have not heard anything within 48 hours please reply to the confirmation
email sent to you. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you.

La verdad que no ayuda, me descontaron el dinero de mi tarjeta de credito y no me dieron el xbox game pass, me estafaron y nada de lo que estoy tratando de hacer me resulta, lo unico que hicieron bien fue quedarse con mi dinero.

Thanks for getting back to us. Now, if you can't seem to find the purchase on your Order History we suggest to double check what account you are signed in through. It could be that you were signed in through a different account when prompting the purchase.

If it's the same account and the issues persist then I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----Select See other options
  
• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Hola, en en historial de pedidos no hay nada. La compra la hice desde pc, para usar los beneficios del xbox pass desde la misma pc. Sera distinta solucion?
