Cobranças Indevidas[Translation-Improper Charges]

Boa Tarde, esta havendo cobranças indevidas referentes a Microsoft em meu cartão de credito, dia 03/06/2020 houveram cinco cobranças no valor de 1 real cada, dia 15/06/2020 uma cobrança de 1,77 reais e dia 16/06/2020 uma cobrança de 4,73 reais as quais não
realizei nenhuma dessas compras. Entrei em contato via chat e não obtive a solução, me falaram para eu cancelar meu cartão por um erro de vocês! Caso não estornem o valor eu procurarei meus direitos como consumidor!

[Translation-Good Afternoon, this there are undue charges related to Microsoft on my credit card, day 03/06/2020 there were five charges in the amount of 1 reais each, day 15/06/2020 a charge of 1.77 reais and day 16/06/2020 a charge of 4.73 reais
which did not make any of these purchases. I contacted via chat and did not get the solution, I was told to cancel my card for an error of yours! In case they don't reverse the value I will seek my rights as a consumer!]

In regards to requesting a refund you will need to do so online. Click here to learn

to complete the refund request form.

After you submit the request, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that will include instructions on how to keep track of your request.

If you are needing further assistance with the purchase I would suggest to contact Live Support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.
