Minha conta do XBOX foi invadida e realizaram varios debitos no cartao cadastrado.

Era o cartao que cadastrei para pagar a mensalidades das assinaturas.

Este cartao pertence a Avó do meu filho.

Estou desde ontem a noite brigando com os atendentes virtuais, sem obter

a minima eficiencia para o problema.

Nao encontrei nenhum canal de reclamaçao ou denuncias de hacker

nos sites e nos links da Microsoft.

Only xbox live support can help you in case of a hacked account , by performing an investigation under your account. Meanwhile I suggest you to change your account's password.

Thanks from coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue with charges on your account. We suggest to request a call from support. They will be able to sort this out for you and assist in preventing it again.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.
