    Fiz a assinatura da Live e no Game Pass (assinatura mensal) em seguida tentei entrar na Live porem recebi a mensagem de que eu não havia assinado, fiz novamente o processo de assinatura. Após feito o processo pela segunda vez entrei no gerenciamento
    de contas para ver se não haviam me cobrado duas vezes por uma assinatura tanto na Live quanto no Game Pass, e sim, foi cobrado 4 vezes. Gostaria de saber como proceder para que haja o ressarcimento de uma assinatura pois recebi a mensagem de que eu ainda
    não estava inscrito na Live me obrigando a fazer a assinatura novamente mas ,mas o cartão não é aceito ,mas foi descontado do cartão 4 vezes...dia 12/11 16/11 e dia 17/11

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a charge. The only ones that can assist you is requesting a call from support. Keep in mind they are experiencing heavy call volume so it may take a while to get a call.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    for that.
