    I havent played this game but, in general, COD is pretty minimal with the blood. Like, there is still some blood, but it isn't too much and is more on the "less is good" side.

    If you own the Xbox disc of Modern Warfare you would not be able to play the same content such as campaign and multiplayer on PC, without purchasing it on PC. Modern Warfare Warzone however is free to play and you can download and still play crossplay
    on PC.
