    So for 3 days now i've been trying to redeem my xbox live gold code and alays recieved this message: "Something happened on our end. Witing a bir might help" and with the error code "XBOX1005". Since than i tried it every single day. Same problem. Browsed
    all the forums which unfortunatelly have out-dated information wich didn't help at all. Can anybody help me???

    also having the same issue still, tried support and getting absolutely nowhere although its clearly a big common issue. cmon microsoft help us all!

    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions
    list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, you may be in a country or region that's not officially supported. That could mean that some features may not work properly, including redeeming codes.
