Club main pg problem

Discus and support Club main pg problem in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I cannot change the txt on my clubs main page. Keeps saying..'sorry can't do that, try again later' What do I do?     I cannot change the txt on my clubs main page. Keeps saying..'sorry can't do that, try again later' What do I do? Worried if I delete it wont let me put anything up.

    Yes I'm the owner of said club. I transferred the club to a friend to see if the same problem occurred. They too got the 'Cant do that ' error msg. They deleted the entire txt but couldn't redo it. Some words were accepted every 3 or 4 go's, but ended up denying more. They transferred it back to me but I still cant change any txt.

    Could you try this on your console?

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

    Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

    Removing and re installing your profile is a simple procedure if you have 2 factor authentication on your account, have registered your console and have the Xbox app plus the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your mobile phone.

    The profile is the one that owns the club, right?

    Re-adding it will be refresh all the content and licenses related to it.

    If maybe the issue persists. Are you able to access to a Windows PC?

    Just to check if you're able to change your club text.
    For this you just need to download and open the Xbox console companion app
