    Club Invitation Requests Not Loading On Xbox IOS App.


    Hi, so recently I have created a public club, and when people join they join as Followers. I DO NOT have an Xbox Console, and am wondering how to accept the Followers as Members. When I try to view "Invitation Requests" under the management tab (On iOS
    Xbox App), it gets stuck on the loading screen. If you can help me solve this problem I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi there

    What xbox app are you referring to the xbox app for IoS Andriod or Windows 10 app?. On the Android going to welcome tab >> Discover Clubs tab and your invites will be there. That is one way that I know of.

    Hi there!

    As long as you have an Xbox profile, you should be able to use the club features available on Xbox Live without needing an actual console for it to work.

    Does this happen with any club invitation that you receive? Are there any issues with requesting an invite and then joining other clubs?

    Do you have Xbox Live Gold? Do you have a Windows 10 PC by any chance to try on the Xbox app for Windows 10?

    Hey XBF Diego M,

    Thank you for your reply. I have transfered ownership of 1 of my clubs to another account i have and use as an admin in the clubs incase i ever run into any problems with my account as i have been locked out of a club in the past when it somehow removed
    me and made me request to join but i had no admin to accept the request.

    I then made another club and had no issues inviting or receiving invite requests.

    Before this happened my niece was playing on my phone and left the app i put on for her and was in my xbox app. I noticed the phone was open at my club and i think she had clicked the delete club tab within the club.

    It said the club activity had been suspended but i clicked to keep the club. Its since then the

    issue has been happening.

    1-Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, then select People > Clubs > Discover Clubs > Browse All Clubs to see the clubs you belong to or to browse featured clubs. You can also search for them by selecting Find a club. Or, from the home screen, select the Friends & Community Updates icon, and then select Clubs on Xbox > Find a Club to browse or search for a public club.

    2-Choose a club.

    3-Under Welcome, select Request to Join. A notification will be sent to the club owner and administrators. Once a club accepts your request, you will become a member and the club will appear in the Contacts area of ​​the guide.

    To view club invitations, select Clubs on Xbox (see step 1). When you receive invitations from a club, they will appear under Your club invitations. Select Accept invitation on the club you want to join.

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue involving club photos not loading when checking them through the club feed on your Xbox One console.

    Is this occurring on the console only, or has this occurred through the Xbox website or maybe even the Xbox App on IOS/Android or PC?

    If this only occurs on the console, as the clubs has to connect entirely to our Xbox Live services, the network status may be a very strong lead to the occurrence.

    Clarify the information for us so that we may further investigate this.
