Club Description - Not allowed to edit/submit

So, I had created this club when Clubs were first a thing, and could not update the description. I thought it was something they just needed to work out in the early phase. Every time I revisit, I am denied the ability to edit the description, with no reason
    or error code.

I know there are more like me out there! You make the last thirty seconds even

more memorable by saying "Yo, Cortana! Record that!" Then you trim,

title, tag and take the time to capture an impressive moment. Whether that's an

interception followed by two jukes for a pick-six, a seeker mine sending a

Riker flying, or Titan-punching an invisible foe, come join like-minded people

who care about their clips! @CoolClipsCo

I have tried shortnening, removing special characters, submitting via mobile/computer/console...nothing works. I talked to Customer Support today and all they can say is it's a problem, yeah. Some people have it.

No solution, no reason. They recommended I post here. You can't imagine my frustration. MONTHS - leading to this absurdity.

    :)

    Unnecessary "Innapropriate Language" block.

I was playing Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One. I decided to create a club with this description. "This club is based on one from FH1 called 'Euro Racing Car Club.' The club is still going strong and it's all thanks to the leaders and GERMANMINECART.
We will all keep this club great!" If we can't put "club" in a description for a club than I can't handle this anymore. I have no idea if that is it or not. Please inform me of the issue.

    Not allowed to join clubs

    Hello Tom,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Are you having any issues with sending communications or starting a party? The reason we ask is because sometimes social features are blocked due to an account suspension. The

    Xbox Enforcement website
contains steps on how to check for an account suspension. If there is no account suspension, there may be an issue with the privacy & safety settings. Is the account that is trying to be utilized an adult or child account?

I can't join Realms on the Windows 10 edition "because of how my account is set up"

I’m having the same issue with my sons account. I’ve tried to select allow for him to “You can create and join clubs” and when I submit the page it defaults back to block.

How to: Provide Feedback for Forums.Xbox.com

In my Privacy & online safety settings, I can't turn the ‘you can create and join clubs’ and 'Broadcast gameplay' to Allow, every time I turned them into 'Allow' and clicked submit, it turned back to block automatically. and I can't join Minecraft Realms

Turning on all settings to allowed and still not able to access multiplayer.

Thank you so much for letting me know. Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

    * You can see and upload community creations

    * You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

    * Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

    * You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

    * You can create and join clubs

    * You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes. If they're already set to "allow", please "block" then submit, and lastly "allow" and submit.
