Cloud unplayable with stutter

I'm in the UK and Game Pass cloud has been virtually unplayable today with stutter. I've never had this problem before and I've been a member for over a year.

I've restarted the TV and rebooted my laptop and the problem persists.

I'm on 130Mbps and the TV is wired.

Anyone else with similar problem?

It definetely is something, the game is basically unplayable more than 90% of the time because of the stuttering

The game is still unplayable. When I remove the Internet cable, the game works as intended. As soon as I hook it up again, everything starts stuttering like before.

After the new march update no solution here ?

i'm experiencing a lot a stutter and lag too. very noticeable in Bowerstone. a real shape as this is supposed to be a graphical update but it is almost unplayable in places and totally spoiling the experience

Hi, I've got exactly the same thing on titanfall, its fine it you try training mode but is unplayable online, keeps stuttering and freezing on right stick...
