Discus and support Cloud storage in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Can someone please tell me how to find access to the cloud storage on the Xbox one?     Can someone please tell me how to find access to the cloud storage on the Xbox one? I have Xbox live gold so apparently should have access to cloud storage but I have looked everywhere on system and can’t find it. When I look at storage, I only have what
    the console came with and my external hard drive. I would like to move a game to the cloud as I was told it would save the progress as I have to unfortunately uninstall and reinstall game due to island not loading (Jurassic World Evolution)

    Why not?

    Storage is very simple. OnLive etc run full games from the cloud, though granted its not quite like the real thing. If you have a disc in the console though, plus cloud functionality, why couldnt the cloud replace the HDD. Games run from the disc, cloud storage is used for all data saving. Seems simple enough to me.

    My problem is once I get to storage there is no option to choose cloud saved games. When I want to move a game, it gives me the option of existing hard drive or external hard drive.

    There is currently no way to manage cloud storage which is why you don't see it listed. As long as you've been signed into Live while playing, games saves are automatically stored on the cloud. So there's nothing you'll have to move.

    The great thing is that this is all done for you, every single game you uninstall takes your save file and tucks it magically away somewhere in Xbox storage cloud land, and as soon as you redownload it and open it back up wha lah you will be right where
    you left off, Im a variety of gamer and i've started some 300 games and never had an issue with storage, or things not being there as long as you are online with xbox gold at the time you are playing the game.

    Build out some new storage, carve it up as needed and restore the user data...Come on get on the ball... And using the excuse that you have restored some people's access. That is awful lame saying that so that some people believe you have been working, cuz
    no one can prove otherwise. I think you just haven't called in the right people because of the holidays. Because if you have Microsoft is much worse off than I thought.

    You should be able to still access the cloud storage to move the saves off it onto your console, since you can't access the cloud for saves while you have a silver account.
