    Cloud says I'm in an unsupported region when I'm not


    cloud gaming was working fine then after an update, it tells me im in an unsupported region. I live in south dakota, US which is supported and everything from credit card to profile/account details is set to my location. tried on both xbox series x and pc windows with same result. is their a solution to this? was working just fine until my xbox series x had to do an update then cloud decided to stop working

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If this is happening with multiple devices the issue can be with your network connection.

    Make sure that you're physically located in the US because the system will detect that.

    Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    1. Is this issue happening with other non-Call of Duty games?

    2. Is this issue happening with other Xbox Profiles?

    3. May we have the exact error message prompted?

    You can follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.
