Cloud Saving not working across the board (Gamepass Pc)

As the title of this thread implies, I'm currently having issues regarding cloud saving for Gamepass PC. The issue is quite severe as it completely impedes my ability to play any game I own on Window Store and on Game Pass for PC. I've tried several rookie fixes as changing login credentials, signing out and in on the plethora of applications: Console Companion, Game Bar and even the virtually useless Xbox app. I think it might be tied to me changing my Name I use on my Xbox Live gamertag (not the tag itself but the name) As prior to it I had no issues and now i cannot connect to either World War Z nor Gears of War 5. But then again why should this impede the cloud save retrieval

The issue i am having is an infinite loop of the game trying to fetch my cloud save which after a solid 10 minutes this hasn't happened yet

My hardware is sufficient to run these games, albeit on low settings but I've played WWZ for over a solid 50hrs without any issues regarding it. Internet connection cannot be it as I have a very stable 200mbit wired connection.

As far I can see it can be a server side issue from MS, as a friend of mine GT: lelimele, is currently playing WWZ and I cannot connect due to me not able to retrieve the cloud save from Xbox side of things

I'm not looking forward to the 3 question standard things, I don't have logs as I've just fresh installed this game which didn't help, the game doesn't give me a Error log, just infinite loading and cloud save retrieval.
