    Sometimes when I play I lose connection with the cloud and become unable to save. It's very hard to notice when you can't save (at least not until it's too late) so it's very frustrating when you restart the game and realise you lost your progression and
    sometimes rare cars. I lost a Chevrolet Chevelle Hoziron Edition and 200 000 cr because of the last saving problem I got. Does anyone know how I can get them back or prevent this problem from ever happening in the first place.

    I wonder why I can’ t download my cloud game savings in my new Xbox One. It’s not practical the fact I can’t access them offline. If I am allowed to reinstall my 360 games in my new console why not have access to my game savings regardless I’m online or
    not.

    Also now my daughter's FH3 profile has been erased, and when we tried to resync from MS cloud the game is restarting her from the beginning.

    Hi!

    You can play FH3 on both platforms with Play Anywhere. You will need to use the same account on both platforms to be able to use it. The save will be the same, using Cloud, as well as achievements.

    thanx a lot. I have two save points and both deleted.

    Then i get my save point back from the ms cloud and have played twice FH3 so far witout freeze.

    I will continue to observe. So far it looks good. I will report after a long test.

    Hey All,
    Sorry for the missing progress you are all experiencing. EA is aware of this and is looking into this. Here is an official article about restarting campaign progress. I havent seen any thing on the NFS. Have you tried:
    • Deleting your profile and re-downloading it
    • Uninstalling and re-installing the game
    Try that out and report back as to what you find out.
