Cloud saves (from play anywhere) not working on Windows 11 Xbox app

Based on your description, you are trying play Solasta on computer and continue where you left on Xbox Console. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

As stated on this support article: Troubleshoot problems with Xbox Play Anywhere games | Xbox Support, if you can't continue a game last saved on another platform, you will need to sign in back to the game on that platform and resave. You may proceed where you left on the new device to continue gaming:

I can’t continue a game last saved on another platform

1. Make sure that you’re using the same Microsoft account for both platforms when you sign in.
   
2. Sign back in to the game on the platform where it was last saved (the game should pick up where you left off).
   
3. Resave the game on this platform, and then try to open the game on the other platform.

Then, you might try the suggestion above and make sure you are signed into the correct account, in the correct date, time zone and country/region on both devices.

Lastly, please update us if you see any error message or code so we can check on this concern further.

Step 1: in the Windows Start menu, type disk cleanup. Click on the icon displayed by the system.

Step 2: in the Files field, select the files you want to remove. Pay close attention so you don't end up removing an item you need.

Step 3: select the Clean system files option.

Step 4: the system will calculate how much space will be freed if you delete the selected files.

Step 5: select the files you want to remove and click OK.

Step 6: select the Delete files option and wait while they are deleted.

I appreciate your help on this - I tried the solution you suggested - and it's still not loading my cloud saves when I boot up the game.
