cloud savegame isn't available

Hi there,

since I'm playing Fallout 3 on my Xbox 360, I'm using the cloud to save it and it always works. Unfortunately if I'm trying to use this savegame on my Xbox one it isn't available. I would really appreciate if I get some help! Thank you guys in advance!

Hey, mambokurt222! Sorry to see any issues using your save from the cloud! I see that you're Gold here on the forums, so you should have no issue using that save. The only issue I can think of is that the save might be for another account?

If you're using the same account on both your Xbox 360 and Xbox One, please follow the steps in our
troubleshooting sticky. Let us know if that helps you out!

I am pretty sure, as with all Xbox games, your game save data is stored on the cloud connected to your Microsoft Xbox account.

Either what you say is true and my game, in this case, 'Slay the spire' isn't syncing, as my savegame is not available. Or what you say isn't the case and not all games have cloud saves

If the game you deleted was a Xbox One game, then your savegame data should be safely stored online in the Xbox Cloud, unless you chose to delete the savegame data from "all" consoles.

If you only deleted the local savegame storage, simply launch the game (after installing it, if necessary), and then let the console synchronize your savegame from the cloud.

If there is a conflict about the local savegame and cloud savegame, make sure to choose the cloud version in the confirmation dialogue.

Hi,

the last time I did this, it was like this:

I deleted the savegame only on the console. When I started the game, the savegame was downloaded automatically.
For example, if there are differences between Local and Cloud savegames, you will be asked which one you want to use.

But it's been a while since I did it. But as long as you delete your score only locally it is still available in the cloud.
