Cloud save still uploading on another Xbox.

If your Cloud save has not uploaded from the last device then you'll need to reload the game on that Xbox and then save it from the main menu and finally quit the game and close it via the side bar before the save is available on the Cloud to other devices.

As a matter of fact it says "Saved games are still uploading on another xbox. If you use cloud saved games in this session you may lose progress.

Cloud saving doesn't really work like that. It always saves to your console first, then uploads it to the cloud, should it not fully upload, it will still remain on your console intact, and always use the saves on your console. The cloud is just a back-up
as well as a convenient way to transfer saves to another console.

I would think there was a problem saving the game, either the game was exited before the save could complete, or the console was shut down to quickly. Or it could just be that the save corrupted, which can happen.

To answer your question though, the only way to effectively disable cloud saves is to play offline.

Hey, BriiMassacre! Your local saves might be cleared out, however your cloud games should still have the save for you if that happens. Once the saves are set up on the Xbox One, they are automatically uploaded to the Cloud, unlike the Xbox 360.
