    Cloud Save Issue


    Recently I got my friend to start playing Dark Souls. Early on in the game he accidently hit an NPC which was too difficult for him to kill.

    In an attempt to try and help him out, I signed in on his profile(we're both on xbox one playing backwards compatible) and killed the NPC for him. When he tried to sign back in and play, an error message popped up.

    I am having issues with a saved game ever since I enabled Cloud. The single player starts me over at the very beginning (which I was almost 100% through the story) and the multiplayer begins to load, turns black and then dashboards me (which previously

    Hey All,
    Sorry for the missing progress you are all experiencing. EA is aware of this and is looking into this. Here is an official article about restarting campaign progress. I havent seen any thing on the NFS. Have you tried:
    • Deleting your profile and re-downloading it
    • Uninstalling and re-installing the game
    Try that out and report back as to what you find out.
