    Cloud save games after account discontinued


    Due to a credit card issue, my Live account was briefly stopped. I corrected the issue and reinstated my account a week or so later.

    However, I had some saved games in the cloud that I can no longer access. Is there some way to recover these saved games? It would be terrible if they were lost forever.

    I would greatly appreciate any suggestions anyone could give me. Thanks!

    why did I spend my hard earned money to buy a system and games that won't save

    The Xbox One automatically saves games to the cloud while you are connected to the internet. Game progress will be saved in the cloud storage of the account currently logged in.

    Replacing Xbox One - Game Saves and Account Question

    All game saves and account information should be stored in the cloud and will sync on the new console.

    I am sure someone who has had theirs replaced can confirm this.

    You just may want to remove your account from it before sending it back or exchanging it.

    You should not lose any cloud game saves, With Xbox One games if the save version held online is more recent to the one that is held on your console the next time you start this game when connected to Xbox Live the latest game save will be downloaded to
    your console. As for Xbox 360 games if your gold membership expired you should still be able to access the cloud game save in the normal way.

    Copy of game on ssd and internal. Avengers uses client side saves for data. Lots of complete wipes in the community. Trying to be safe

    HI,

    All game saves are stored in the cloud for safety, when it has a connection to the internet and you are connected to Xbox Live.

    So if your game save gets corrupted on your Xbox, you can download your game save from the Cloud and overwrite your corrupted one, thus restoring your game save to full working order to continue on your game progress. You could previously copy your game
    save to another drive , but this was discontinued, in favour of it being held in the cloud.

    Questions about cloud storage.

    On the 369, games saves are not automatically saved to the cloud. You have to choose to save it there when the game asks where you want to save your game. After that, any saves will for that game will go to the cloud unless you choose otherwise.

    After you download your games, your game saves will download and sync once you start them again.
