    Hi,

    im playing final fantasy 15 both on my PC via xbox beta and my xbox one. However this morning all my saves have disappeared, i did not delete them and no one else uses my devices. Is there a way to recover them? I have uninstalled and reinstalled on both
    devices but no luck.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Have you reformatted the Hard drive or removed it. As most saves are not saved to the cloud on the Xbox 360 it is all saved on the internal hard drive. If for some reason you cleared it then yes all that data is gone. You
    can enable cloud save in the storage.

    Whatever was saved on the dead hard drive is pretty much gone forever, unfortunately.

    However, your profile is downloaded from Xbox Live as you log in. You'll be able to re-download your digital purchases (games, apps, avatar gear, etc) and any saved games (saved to the cloud, not the hard drive).

    I would transfer all your saved files to cloud or Usb drive. it sounds like your hard drive is going or has gone bad. Sounds like a new hard drive will fix this.

    not if they were moved to the hard drive and the hard drive was formatted. but as I said you can recover the profiles but all the saves would be gone unless they were backed up on say the cloud sorry.

    Hi, the xbox saves to the cloud and the hard drive. there is no way to just save to the hard drive.
