Cloud on Xbox360 not Working with all requirements completed

Hi Rodrigo,

Yes i had tried those steps before but it gives an error when trying to to enable the Cloud Save Games on the Xbox360 saying that i dont have a storage device with 514MB available, but i have like 30GB available. Do i need to have any subscription to use this feature ? I Have Gamepass Ultimate cause i like play on the go using my phone

Are you having issues uploading them from your Xbox 360 or syncing them on the Xbone One?

Have you tried these steps for the upload?

Sign in to your Xbox profile.

From the Xbox 360 Dashboard, go to Settings > System > Storage.

Select the storage device that contains the saved game that you want to move to the cloud.

Select Games, then select the game with your saved game.

Select Move > Cloud Saved Games.

On the Xbox One, please follow these steps:

Press the Xbox Guide Button > Settings > System > Storage Devices > Clear local Xbox 360 storage > Yes.

After that, try playing the games again

Publisher is ea, for ingame issues or bugs you have to contact them, though this wont recover your savegame.

if you used cloud on xbox360 there would have been 2 copies: one in cloud and one on your hdd, this way there is a Chance to use the lsat working data .

Here in the Netherlands also error 80151912 on my Xbox360 console.
Xbox360 games on my Xbox Series X have trouble to access the 'Cloud saved games'.

Are you able to disable cloud from the dashboard?

Your default save location should be your hard drive,not cloud.

The console trying to access it is what will probably be causing the error.

I do not have an xbox one so this is guess work,but its what i would try on the 360.
