Cloud launch not loading past rocket screen saver. How do I fix this?

We notice you are playing a game through cloud, and you were stuck on rocket screen. We would like to ask for few things:

1. What game are you trying to play?
   
2. Are all Xbox games and Microsoft Store games get stuck on opening screen?
   
3. Are you playing through Xbox console, PC or browser?
   
4. Do you notice any error message or code about this issue? Please provide a screenshot of the issue.
   

Troubleshooting you can try:

1. Check your internet connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your network is not experiencing any issues.



2. Clear your browser cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure that there are no conflicts with the Cloud gaming launch.



3. Try a different browser: If you're using a specific browser, try using a different one to see if the issue persists.



4. Disable any browser extensions: Disable any browser extensions that may be interfering with the Cloud gaming launch.



5. Restart your device: Restart your device and try launching the Cloud gaming again.

I just tried to launch it on my PC and it launched just fine. After it got past the "connecting to call of duty servers" screen, it sent me to the terms and conditions screen then just goes black with a little loading square. Stays like that and will not
load.

I can't get past the loading screens. In the rare event it does launch the game, it gives me the files are corrupted error, or update requires restart screen. In the very very rare chance that I load into the game, I go to start a match and when the countdown
is over it kicks me right back to the loading screens.
