Cloud Graphics Pixelated/Blurry

Based on the description, it appears that you are having an issue of the game you are playing that keeps randomly pixelating for a few seconds. I'm glad you took the time to consider this for us so we can help you figure it out for you .

In this case you are best to request all back from Xbox support for them to be aware of the issue.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Tried it out still looks a bit blurry and pixelated

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

In order for us to isolate the issue further, have you also tried using a different TV?

Before the issue started, are there any changes that you have made?

No I am not playing on the cloud and now some textures look pixel blurred

Are you playing via the cloud?

Hit the info button on your TV, what is the resolution of the input signal?
