    Cloud Graphics Pixelated/Blurry


    Has this ever happened to anyone? I am using Cloud Gaming on Chrome and Edge and the game keeps randomly pixelating for a few seconds. In other words, the screen just pixelates a portion of the screen. The screen is blurry for a couple seconds and then goes back to normal. Rinse and repeat every 30-90 seconds. Any recommendations? I've tried restarting my computer, trying different games, trying different browsers, etc. I've used Game Pass cloud gaming for years and this just started happening out of nowhere. I'm connected to 5G ethernet internet. Good speeds. I don't know what could be going on. Other cloud gaming services are working just fine without any issues (ie: Luna, Nvidia Geforce Now).

    Thank you for posting to the Microsoft community.

    Based on the description, it appears that you are having an issue of the game you are playing that keeps randomly pixelating for a few seconds. I'm glad you took the time to consider this for us so we can help you figure it out for you .

    In this case you are best to request all back from Xbox support for them to be aware of the issue.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

    Step 1 ----select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

    Step 3-----select show contact options
    Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    In order for us to isolate the issue further, have you also tried using a different TV?

    Before the issue started, are there any changes that you have made?
