Cloud Gaming Wait Time

I usually don’t have problems loading up a game, today has been ridiculous. I haven’t been able to play Starfield all day. Getting the “Sorry, we’re currently experiencing long queue wait times” message. I am paying for this service and I want it to work! Give me a refund or reduce the price is my thought. Can’t believe a service would be offered when the company can’t even handle it.
