Hi George, I'm in the xbox app and I don't see a means to update it, but the version I have is 2203.1001.4.0. I also have the game bar installed, but I launch the game from the xbox app directly. I looked in the settings and the about section and I don't see a place to check for updates to the current the version.

Yes. RealPlayer Cloud was a good solution to watch the video on XboxOne. If you don't like to upload to cloud, just download PC RealPlayer Cloud and index your video. It also transcode it from PC to Xbox.
