Cloud gaming unavailable in your region (Canada)

Since your account region and physical region do not match you will not be able to download or re-download that content as it is region locked. For region locked content to work you need to meet ALL of the criteria in order to gain access to it.



Account Region+Game Disc Region+Physical Live in Region=ALL must match



US+US+US=Access US+US+Canada=Denied US+Canada+Canada=Denied US+Canada+UK=Denied



To get that content back again you would need to physically be in the account region, in your case the US.

you would need to change your account region to Canada and provide a method of payment based in Canada to buy a Canadian game passcode

I am having this problem as well.....i live in Canada, and have downloaded other free with gold games, my actual region and account region are both Canada, but when i try to download it it says 'not available in your region'...i find this very hard to believe
that they arent allowing this game in Canada...so if someone could offer any help that would be great!!

Based on the information on your public profile, your location is Canada, is that correct?

I just viewed the Canadian version of that site, and the Game on Demand is not listed as a download. This means that in that region, this game is not offered as a digital download.

So if your region is indeed Canada, it looks like you will not be able to download this game digitally, unfortunately.

I think this program is not unavailable in Canada yet.
