Cloud gaming sign in, will not let me

Thank you for responding and I appreciate you doing the steps. May I know if you have the same issue when accessing Cloud Gaming on another device like PC or Laptop? If yes, this could be an issue with your Xbox Account however if the issue only persists on your mobile phone, we highly suggest updating your iOS device to the latest version.

I did all this and it still won’t let me in. I sign in and it will bring me back to the sign in screen

I tried all of this and when I press sign in it has me put in my email which I do my password which I do and then I press continue and it brings me back to the sign in screen

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:



- Allow Cookies in Safari:

• First, go to your phone settings and find the Safari settings.
  
• Make sure that you allow cookies.
  
• Then open the browser and sign in to your Microsoft account on the Microsoft website.
  
• If you’re already signed in to the Microsoft website, you should be automatically signed in to the cloud gaming website.
  

-Clear Browser Data:

• Sometimes cached data can cause issues. Clear your browser’s cookies and data related to the cloud gaming website.
  
• After clearing the data, try signing in again.
  

-Update the Xbox App:

• Ensure that your Xbox app is up to date.
  
• If there’s an update available, install it and check if the issue persists.
  

- Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable and fast enough for Cloud gaming.

- Make sure you have the latest version of Safari and iOS installed on your device.

- Try using a different browser, such as Edge or Chrome, to access Cloud gaming.

- If none of the above steps work, please try using a different device like laptop or PC to see if works.
