Cloud Gaming Sign In Issue

If the game.sharing is working is it cloud games you are having issues with?

Cloud is only a subscriber perk and only the subscriber can only sign in on one place at s time cloud and other perks cant.be shared

I am having the same issue and I did all the things you suggested and I’m still not able to sign into Cloud gaming.

Sorry for the issue with your save data. You can try
this guide to help you. This means that a console you were signed in on is trying to sync to the cloud. This will help you fix the issue.

Items on another console are pending uploaded for this game or app

This item is either in use on another console or pending upload on another console. To solve this problem, you need to sign in to the console that is trying to update the game save so that the cloud save
can be completed. To do this, do the following:

1. Sign in to your Xbox Live profile.
2. Go to settings, and then select System.
3. Select Storage.
4. Select the storage device that contains the saved game that you want to move to the cloud.
   
5. Select Games.
6. Select the game with your saved game.
7. Select your saved game.
8. Select Move.
9. Select Cloud Saved Games.

The simple answer is to sign out and resign in. That is typically the issue. Here's a link to cloud data. That said it could very well be a common server issue:

"Xbox Game Pass for PC] Just lost my saves"

"Syncing Xbox One game saves to the cloud error messages"

Bought from the sign as well early on, lucky for me that toon was lost do to the cloud issues.
