Thank you so much for the help but nothing is working. Even tried uninstalling gaming services through power shell and I still cannot get any cloud Gaming games to load in the Xbox Windows App

Let's try another method.

Please, install the Xbox PC app and launch the cloud games from there:

https://www.xbox.com/apps/xbox-app-for-pc

Select the Cloud Gaming tab and launch a game.

That’s great and yes, that includes the Xbox Game Pass for PC. This also included cloud gaming can you please check if you can access cloud gaming on your Xbox App then try to play any game from there? This is to check if it’s recognizing your subscription.

Also, for the next resort uninstall and reinstall Xbox App.

If this world was made on Xbox live, everything you do is saved to your Xbox live cloud. Its like a back up storage for when you access your account from a different pc or Xbox that isn't exactly yours. If your on an Xbox 360 here's how to enable to the
cloud.
360 cloud saves. Your Xbox one saves to the cloud automatically if you have Xbox live gold active. All you would have to do is sign into your Xbox app on your pc and your game data should load up for you. if you have any questions please reply.
