    Hi there.

    I am trying to use xbox cloud gaming on my andriod phone (Sony xperia 5 IV) on my home wifi.

    any game I load up is a pixalated mess which to me suggests a connection issue.

    I have done a speed test and coming out at 60/90 mbps download speed and my router is showing it can run upto 600mbps. I stream hd films and the such all the time with no problems.

    Any suggestions please?

    I've done a router restart and there is no difference I'm afraid.

    My ping rate is coming out at 10ms so I'm not sure that's the problem. How would I go about fixing the traffic problem that you suggested?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Are you connected on a 2.5 GHz connection or a 5GHz connection? It is recommended to connect to a 5G connection. Also, if you can try a different network connection that would be great so we can test it out such as a mobile hotspot.
