    Cloud Gaming on iPhone and iPad doesn’t recognize I’m an ultimate subscriber


    As stated in the title I’m obviously a Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber. Recently though I’ve been unable to play any games on the cloud due to the fact it won’t recognize my ultimate status. It wants me to sign up to ultimate or start a new subscription. My subscription is active and works fine on my Xbox. I contacted customer service for assistance and the only help they could give was to post about the issue here. So I hope it helps.

    Thanks. Actually I want to disable touch and use a controller instead but my iPad doesn’t read the controller while on cloud gaming. I’m trying to use ps4 controller.
