Cloud Gaming on Android Mobile with Xbox Game Pass App

I only play Xbox through cloud gaming on my android mobile device, I do not have access to a console. I am receiving an error when attempting to play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition which says the following:

We can't save more data for the following game or app

Your Xbox is out of space for saved data. To make room, select a game or app from My games & apps, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons. (0x80830003)

As I previously stated, I do not have access to a console, I have only ever played using cloud gaming on the Xbox Game Pass app from my android mobile device. I need to delete my cloud synced save game data, either partially or completely I don't really care at this point, in order to create some free storage space and to able to resume playing.

I cannot get past this error in-game as it occurs during the loading screen, afterwards the game becomes unresponsive to any controller input yet continues to play audio while showing the on screen prompt to press any key to continue., thus preventing me from opening up the game menu and deleting my previous save data. I just need to create some free storage space. It is not a matter of local storage space on my android mobile device, vastly more space is available on my device then is needed, and to rule out any possibility it of too much application cashe I have completely uninstalled and then reinstalled the Xbox Game Pass app on my android mobile device and still receive this exact same error message and the exact same circumstance.

How do I resolve this issue? I have two years of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription left on this account, simply abandoning my account and creating a new one is not a preferable option. Surely there must be some way to access and manage my cloud save data from something other than a physical console sitting in front of me? Or alternatively, perhaps a Xbox support representative could at least access that part of my account and reset/delete the entirety of game save data... drastic as that my seem I don't really care about starting all over I simply want to be able to play again, which currently I cannot.
