    The "Cloud" stuff is notorious for lag. It can be great if done right. Hopefully XB/M$ gets the Cloud working correctly. I had read an article about the Cloud.

    Sorry, but if I understand correctly, you are not using a Xbox controller right? Of that's the case, the games on the cloud requires an Xbox controller to work

    There's currently no option to delete game data for cloud games

    My Home Xbox isn’t working

    Only the account that purchases Ultimate would be able to play on the cloud. If they were able to before, it either wasn't working correctly or they also had a subscription on their account.
