    You can't use games you bought

    YOU must sign up for Xbox gamepass ultimate

    Only if you bought a game on boosteriod or any of the other 8 providers including geforce now if you are I europe

    Have you tried to reset your console?

    Please, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

    So if you really have owned a game out of the game list with compatibel games you do not have to own the didital copy of this game again. If the game is ready and on the list, jut pull in your game disk inside your "One" and let the XBOX do ist work: installing
    the game. After installing, just start it and your game save in the Cloud will be synchronized with your "One". I recommend to ply the game 1 or 2 times on your 360 again and save it at your Cloud ( just choose "Cloud" as the place for saving your Status.

    I have all my disk games installed now if they are compatibel and they work fine.

    Hi,

    All of your save games are stored in the cloud, whether you have a game installed or not. Generally, unless you have a problem or a game won't let you start a new game in its own in-game menu, you don't need to delete your save games from either the local saves or the cloud.

    Save game files don't take much space anyway.
