Cloud Gaming not connecting, loads rocket ship/logo but crashes after that

Thank you for letting me know that all the suggestion above did not work for you. You mentioned as well that you contacted the Xbox live support with regard to this matter and they are working on it. I would suggest to continue working with the live support. I know they can help you using the advanced tools. They can better check what is really going on and what causing the issue.

Actually, here in the community we do have limited resources to provide most especially to this complex type of issue.

• Is the issue happened only to a specific game?
  
• Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall your Xbox app?
  

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

• Clear the Xbox App cache: Clearing the cache of the Xbox App can help resolve issues with Cloud Gaming. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox > Advanced options > Reset.
  
• Update your graphics drivers: Make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date. You can check for updates in the Device Manager or by visiting the website of your graphics card manufacturer.
  
• Disable any VPN or proxy connections: VPN or proxy connections can interfere with Cloud Gaming. Try disabling them and see if that helps.
  
• Reinstall the Xbox App: If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox App.

Hi Jason,

it's happening to every game.

I installed the Xbox app multiple times.

I also performed all the steps you listed.

Right now I'm also in contact with Marwa from your Microsoft Xbox Support who is trying to resolve the problem.

But we couldn't resolve the problem yet.
