cloud gaming link disappeared on app

so i open my game pass app on my pc like i do everyday and the link for cloud gaming is gone just disappeared what the heck i was just on it less then 12 hours ago since posting this. i tried closing and opening the app first nothing browsed all through the app for alternative option nothing. then tried restarting and shutting down pc and waiting still nothing. the n call support and spoke to a rep we did a app repair and reset nothing. After all that was told they ehausted all opition and was basically told to figure it out myself. i tried looking in fourms nothing helpful. please any useful advice that isnt just reset this or restart this would be appreciated. im feeling alittle insulted and ripped off right by microsoft was basically told by the rep they app there is nothing they can do and to solve it myself why would pay for undeliverable service i paid for three months in advance. i just want to stat for the record too the rep was was great i guess its just the tool and mangement available to them that is pointless no prblem with the rep.

Exists the possibility that this could be a temporary issue related to an outage that has already been fixed that doesn't let you install +18 / rated games from the store.
