Cloud Gaming issues. Cloud Gaming doesn’t recognise Game Pass Ultimate subscription

It seems to be a device problem with the app, however I can recommend trying to run the app from another device to see if the problem does not occur from this other device.

If xCloud Gaming is not recognizing your Game Pass Ultimate subscription, here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

Go to the settings of your iPad, find the xCloud Gaming app, and look for options to clear cache or data. This will remove any temporary files or stored data that might be causing the issue.

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, none of these helped solve the issue.. my subscription is indeed active and I can play with no problems on my console.

I’ve tried logging out, even waited a few hours and turned my device off before logging back in, as well as completely deleted and reinstalled the app.

Nothing worked unfortunately.

Is there anything else I can do or is it a lost cause?

Since it's using the cloud, you need a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Regular PC Game Pass does not include cloud gaming.
