Cloud gaming is not working even though I have an ultimate subscription

Can you please sign in to https://xbox.com/play and try accessing cloud gaming from there?

Hi. It's showing as Active, but I have another subscription showing as deactivated. This is happening because I have first subscribed to the Simple version and then upgraded to Ultimate a few minutes later at the same day.

Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and then check if you can see the subscription from there stated as "active"? Once confirmed, may I ask what device are you using in using the cloud gaming feature?

you have to have an Xbox game pass ultimate subscription to access the cloud for anything other than Fortnite, Even if you own the game

Cloud gaming will only work for the account that owns Game Pass Ultimate. So you would either have to download the games or purchase an Ultimate subscription for each person.
